Ryan Green is a Pulitzer Center Grantee and freelance journalist who focuses on oceans and the changes they’re enduring. Her bylines include Scientific American, Oceanographic Magazine, Eos, Smithsonian, and more. She holds a Master of Science degree from Columbia Journalism School where she created an investigative short film. With a background in humanitarian development, marine science, and ocean technology, Ryan brings each to her work as a journalist. In her free time, she can be found chasing waves, photos, and dogs.
